Account deletion

Request account deletion.

A complete in-app self-service deletion feature is not yet available. You can contact support for help with an existing Peep account.

How to make a request

  1. Email [email protected]with the subject “Peep account deletion request.”
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Peep account when possible.
  3. Do not send your password, Apple credentials, or one-time code. Support may need to confirm that you control the account before acting.

What happens next

Support will review the account and the systems in use at the time of the request. Peep does not yet publish a fixed verification method, completion period, retention schedule, or deletion guarantee. Those details require product and legal decisions before public release.

If you cannot access your account email

Email [email protected] and explain the situation without sharing sensitive credentials. Available verification options may depend on how the account was created.
